Up for sale is an original WWII German DAF (Deutsche Arbeitsfront) sports shirt insignia patch from the NSDAP era.
This example features the classic gear wheel surrounding a central swastika, woven in black on a light-colored backing. The patch is of period woven construction, consistent with known wartime manufacture.
What sets this piece apart is the presence of the original RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) tag still attached, showing period issue markings and serial numbering. RZM-tagged examples are increasingly difficult to find and add an extra level of authenticity and collector appeal.
Condition is amazing, as visible in the photos. This insignia remains clear and displays well, with the RZM tag still fully intact and legible.
